xbox one multiplayer issue

Can any one tell me why i can not connect to anyones online multiplayer games, i have my console nat settings open and still not working and also no one can join my session when i create a match, have asked the giant tech guys but no response and that was a day ago. I hve had this issue since it was released

What settings did you make on your router to have an open nat? You need to make sure, that the open nat is not just for the xbox live requirements but also for the game requirements. You need to make sure that the traffic on the ports 10823 and 5000 is correctly routed to your console.

Even with the ports open im still getting a message that states, No Connection could be established to the multiplayer game.

Are you trying to connect with someone in a diff region that could be the issue.

Really, region should not effect it is 2015 not 1990 but if that is the case it is poor programming on their part

What do you mean by ports are open? Are they correctly forwarded to your console? Does your console have a static IP? UDP should be enough. Does your router have some sort of DDOS protection, or any other special security protection? Maybe you could try by disabling those and see if they cause the problem. What is the name of your router? Is there any special network setup you have? 2 Routers? Are you connected through cable or WiFi?

We currently have up to 6000 people playing concurrently (and more than 100k that ever played in multiplayer), so it definitely looks like there is some issue on your side that prevents you from connecting to other games rather than that there is a general issue with our code.

I have xbox live port forwarding on but thats about it and upnp turned on, its a technicolor modem and its connected by cable

You wouldn't be using a satalite based internet like through direct TV or dish. I was having issues playing any multiplayer games had to switch.

Nah im using adsl 2 and this is the only game i am having multiplayer issues with
