You can't buy them in the shop. They're just conntected to almost every vehicle and tool in the game. Zoom in on the wheels and you'll notice the imprints.

No, there ain't only PC users can.

No, only PC can have mods. FS17 will add support for mods.

No, they have said only PC, PS4, and Xbox One will support FS17. PS3 and Xbox 360 users will have to upgrade to be able to play FS17.

That's just the problem with old hardware. My brother got the PS4 & Black Ops 3 bundle and it is WAY better than the PS3 by a long shot!

They will most likely not, since FS17 is getting closer to being released, but I could be wrong though, but most likely they won't.

For PS3? Holmer DLC requires better hardware sadly.
