Looking to get a decent PC to run this game.
Not VERY tech savvy when it comes to this, so was wondering what desktops I could buy that would run this game at high settings?
Any advice on this would be appreciated.

DO NOT buy a Dell/Alienware.BreadedVirus wrote:Looking to get a decent PC to run this game.

Buy a prebuilt machine from Novatech or Overclockers or similar in your country.
Post a link to the machine before you buy and we will tell you if it is any cop or not.
This: https://www.overclockers.co.uk/ignition ... 8h-ep.html
Would the game on max easily.

Do you have any sort of budget or are you just going to pay what you need to, to get something decent?BreadedVirus wrote:Looking to get a decent PC to run this game.

Because a relative high end desktop PC is not cheap.
What ever it is I just said; I could be wrong!

I would budget myself to about $700 for a PC, just not too sure if I can get a decent one for that kinda price.danielhawkins wrote:Do you have any sort of budget or are you just going to pay what you need to, to get something decent?BreadedVirus wrote:Looking to get a decent PC to run this game.

I would get this one instead: http://www.bestbuy.com/site/cyberpowerp ... Id=5615010
This will play FS17 on Very High settings, I think it is worth the $700 on it, I have an RX 470 and it plays FS17 on Very High settings. I would not go with an RX 460, it may not last long with new games or maybe if GIANTS requires more GPU power in the future, it may not be able to do it on High. Still, I can't stress enough, get the RX 480, you will be much happier with it.
Edit: Can you go $100 more? There is this one: http://www.bestbuy.com/site/ibuypower-d ... Id=5623266 I promise you, you will be even happier with an Intel. Intel is the best gaming processor you could ever have. Intel's have much better single core performance than AMD's, more cores, doesn't mean it will be any faster, you don't need 8 cores, 4 cores is just right.

I'm pretty sure I could muster up an extra $100.JohnDeere318 wrote:I would get this one instead: http://www.bestbuy.com/site/cyberpowerp ... Id=5615010

RAM doesn't really effect much, that $100 more PC has a better graphics card and better processor. Those are the most important.

You can get much better value buying the parts and building it yourself. I had no idea what I was doing but it was actually really easy. I built my first PC last month and I am no overly tech savy and have always played on consoles.
Use this site to pic all the parts you will need.

I have to agree with @Rbk_3, I built my own computer 2 weeks ago and I didn't know much about it, but it is really, REALLY easy. There are tons of tutorials what to buy, and how to build it on YouTube and the internet.
