Whats that mod called?

I watch mod highlights from time to time on youtube and theres appears to be a handy mod i much desire. When the go to switch between vehicles, they bring up some sort of overlay where it seems to list every vehicle they have at their disposal and they click right to it. That looks super handy and would greatly reduce the wear and tear of my tab button. I spent a good amount of time on modland looking for it however as it turns out, when you dont know what youre looking for, that makes the search quite a bit harder. Any1 out there familiar with that particular overlay? If so, my tab button would greatly appreciate any information. Thx!

That is Vehicle Group Switcher. Sometimes shortened to VeGS.
