Thank you for the tip *thumbsup*
I didn't try it direvtly but as I was hopelessly trying different things I managed to get rid of it.
And when I think know, I guess I have tried what you said unconsciously

I will have to try that! I can't get rid of the Ground Response mod currently.

Actually somehow my issue is gone.
I really don't know how.
Whatever I did, those mods can now be uninstalled without any problems

We're still looking into this but will mark this as resolved for now, since this seems to be solving itself :D Are you all by any chance using your PS4 via WiFi? Or LAN in your home network?

I'm using WiFi.

And I think, may be just may be it is related to network issues.
Bandwidth or bad router may be.

Any other heavy-on-the-bandwidth-devices on the network? Downloading or streaming something at the same time?

Yup. My PC downloading videos, using all the bandwidth.
I can't say for sure if the failing to uninstall the mod happened at the same time with high bandwidth downloading but it is a pretty high chance as I usually use all my bandwidth.

My PS4 is on LAN and no other devices connected. Its simple as to what happens, delete mod and back out of modhub to home screen, re-enter modhub and the mod is magically installed again. I don't see how network traffic could stop my system from unistalling something. Especially when other mods uninstall just fine.

Same thing again. This time mustang valley ranch. Here is a summary how it works.

I had already uninstalled the map when I noticed this.

I uninstalled it again.

When I get back to the modhub page it was gone.

Then I get back to the main menu.

And when I get into the mudhob again... viola. It was there. Popped back up on its own.

Whatever I did I just couldn't made it go away.
This time my network was clear. No downloads no nothing.
But I noticed that your servers were quite slow because I tired to update the map. Download speed was painful. Btw, the first time I installed this map it was already the updated version. After I uninstalled it, the map came back on its own as it needed to be updated. That is odd.

I hope those data would help you to identify the problem.

Edit: and when the update is over it re-required the update again!!! I didn't even left the update page. It was just there requesting to be updated even after the update was over...

If it's still there now, try uninstall and then power off the ps4 completely and then start the game again and see is it still there.

You didn't just put it in rest mode?

Nope... believe me, I've tried everything my PS4 allowed me to do.
But, as I've said above, although I've installed it as the newest version at the first time, this map appears on the update page after I uninstall it, like it is the previous version and it needs to be updated. This is really weird and might be the core of the problem.
