Use bio fuel for tractors at pine cove????

Can anyone please tell me what in the world in the trick or process to actually using the biofuel from the pine cove 1.4 BGA/Di gestate separator is???

Need more info. It works fine for me.

Edit: Just tried it on Pinecove, haven't played that map in a while. Still works fine. You do know that the Kotte Garant doesn't work there? You need to use the Yellow tanker with the Shell badge on the side, found in the same bundle as Kotte Garant.
