It's hard to say without some scale reference placed next to them and it will be affected by the angle of view too.

But the size of modern tractors in real life can be surprising and I think that's what gives the feeling that the traffic is small. The tractors really are big.

Here's a picture of A Case 1455 next to a saloon car in real life for comparison. Notice the saloon appears to be even smaller than the jeep in your first screenshot, with the roof only about 2/3 of the way to reaching the bottom of the tractors rear mudguard. Where the jeep goes past it...making the jeep a good bit taller than the saloon, as you would expect.

as someone who is routinely on the road with tractors and passing them... I have always found the scale to be just about right

Of course it always depends on the machinery...but we think it resembles the true scale pretty well, since tractors and farming equipment can be pretty overwhelming when looked at up close
