Ground Modification mod (PC)

I installed a mod called Ground Modification from the MOD section of the start up screen. But I am unable to find it in the shop.
I checked the mod file and it is there. What could be wrong.

I should clarify, it is in the mod folder on the PC. it shows up in the MODS/DLC screen when you load the game and it is selected. It still won't up in the ingame Shop.

Its the Yellow Machine in the Other Category. Its just added to it so take it and you get the features

Yup, the lizard roller will do all the work for that mod.
