Farming Simulator 19: Farm like never before!
Re: Farming Simulator 19: Farm like never before!
As the videos are not provided by Giants I couldn't find any other so far. And I don't think I would bother anymore.
PS5 / FS22

I've seen that before but even on that extreme surface, suspension travel is way too minimal compared to what we already have in FS17.
I just hope these will be fine tuned for better experience before the release.

Re: Farming Simulator 19: Farm like never before!
Would love to see more news in here about FS19, not only tweets and stuff from Gamescom, love that too, but a big post from Lisertan would be much appreciated
And also, if anyone could answer this:
Q1; Will there be a New Finance-report that also taking into account what you own? The worth of it, and not only profits from one day to the next. All the info are in the game (FS17) already, from the garage and bought Fields, so it would be Nice if that was implemented.
Q2: From the info released so far it is stated that maps will have same size as earlier. After playing the game for a while some players own all possible land on a map. A DLC some players might be willing to pay for might therefor be Extensions to existing maps. Is this a possible feature for FS19 or later games?
Q3: When starting on the hardest level in new farm creation, is it only the starting slot that you have to establish from scratch, or will all the farmslots you buy from other farmers be the same?

I've got a question. Will the PS4 version of FS19 be the same as the computer version? Or is there a page where I can find the differences?

There are likely to be some small differences as the PC has to cater for a much broader range of specifications (from slower than the consoles to those more powerful). Chances are that the PC version can have bigger draw distances, and the details of foliage will be further away on a good PC than those on consoles, as they do on FS17.RoyfromtheMountain wrote: ↑Fri Aug 24, 2018 11:48 am I've got a question. In terms of core game features both games will have the same functions - if you can do it on PC you can do it on consoles. They've made that very clear so far. Speculating, the only things that's likely to be missing are beacons and indicators, same as in FS17, but in FS17 I believe they work on consoles if a keyboard is connected (so it might be a lack of control options more than a performance thing).
The differences between consoles and the PC version will be when it comes to scripts modders use, but that's not a limit Giants impose, it's limits that Microsoft and Sony impose. Of course even some non-script mods won't make it to consoles either, but that's not a limitation of the game.

Most tractors don't have any suspension other than the seat, cab, and on some, the front axle. Since they added seat and cab suspension, they hopefully dialed down the tractor's fake suspension. They did in FS17 from 15 but it still looks strange to see a rear axle moving up and down (unless you're in a fastrac )
FS22 is the best one yet. Fight me!

There are a couple large farms here too but they run 3 to 4 16 row 3pt. Stackfold planters. Most the crops in my are are planted on bedded rows so the 3pt. Planters are easier to keep on top the rows.JohndeereT04 wrote: ↑Fri Aug 24, 2018 4:51 amWhere I’m at our normal is a DB 90 or DB 120. Which is 90’ and 120’ followed up during harvest with S790’s with 16 row heads loljamesadams933 wrote: ↑Thu Aug 23, 2018 8:36 pm Same here, the only trailed planter i've actually seen is used by a big corporate farm.

I am wondering whether tire deformation is still present in FS19. From the videos I have watched, it wasn't as present as FS17. I hope it will remain. Also love the fact that when zooming out on a vehicle, the sound gets weaker. Up to now it stays the same. Also loving the fact that birds after flying away from you, come back to a spot close by. And you hear them sing.

Yup it's in. As you said it didn't look too obvious and others thought the same so I asked. If you look at the bale trailer in the GamesCom trailer you can see it.Denhalen wrote: ↑Fri Aug 24, 2018 4:36 pm I am wondering whether tire deformation is still present in FS19. I could see something like that being in game, cotton would clog up the grain loading pipe for sure.

The arms folded up and down, automatically on most tractor in FS17.fenixguy wrote: ↑Wed Aug 22, 2018 8:05 pm Found this on the German forum. Notice the front linkages on the Fendt tractor. The one with the seeder, the arms are down before the player connects the front seed tank. The other one with the weeder has the arms up. Perhaps we can control those now? Also some footage of placing an animal area.
Re: Farming Simulator 19: Farm like never before!
I'm wondering if FS19 will support head tracking? Because it's fantastic to use in FS17.
Re: Farming Simulator 19: Farm like never before!
I saw in a recent video made by Giants about GamesCom that they had 4 spots where you could play the game with the steeringwheel and Eye tracking system, to move the camera in the game.
