Amboss confirmed in another thread that you can plow, cultivate and seed in ONE pass

Almost convinced to buy it. 1 thing missing or had to change

That planter 3 should have been a maxima 2R
A decent carried foldable corm seeder. Since the TF 1500 is there it would've been nice to combine this with the maxima 2R. Seed in the seeder and adding fertilizer while seeding provided to the seeder by the TS 1500 or adding liquid fertilizer while seeding with the PS 1500

This was just what I hoped when I heard about the Kuhn DLC.
But I do love the combination of fact sheet 2 and 3

Well, if you actually looked at the factssheets, then you would have known without further info

only fertillizing still needs to be done separately

Although this DLC looks very appealing it still is kinda small.
A map like The Old Stream Farm could benefit largely from this DLC but it would never work on maps like CPF and Chellington.
We need some bigger equipment. Hopefully soon enough.

I disagree... I will use them on CPF... every third harvest to get the plow benefit while sowing at the same time...sure..yeah it might take a while.. but I don't mind. I will use my larger equipment two planting out of three

Would be even more awesome if the seeder also fertilized! That way we could get 4 jobs done in one pass!

we could try a different seeder...should still work... isn't there a fert/seeder in 3.0m... ?

Definitely worth testing, but I'm betting they won't be compatible... I hope I'm wrong though...

I use 3 m seeders on cpf, and did so too on chellington. works perfect on starter fields

as a friend just txted: my Poettinger mod is 3 m and does do direct seeding, too (on modhub! pc/mac only for now, working on improved version)

Can you tell us if this DLC will require patch 1.4 or can we use this DLC on patch 1.3?
The answer is the how I have to make my decision on this until patch 1.4 is fixed.

You need to have (at least) 1.4 installed, yes.

This is an excellent pack and I just pre-ordered it on Steam. Awesome. And at that price one cannot go wrong. VERY cheapo for what is included. THANK you, Giants.

Yes, I would think the Great Plains seeder would work, since it is sort of a 3 point attachment (2 point). Worth a try when the DLC comes out.
