Yeah, Giants got butthurt when a modder use their 3d track. Not suprised at all lol

Not butthurt because they used their tracks, its because the tracks were stolen from a locked dlc.

sorry honey you got that completely wrong ... 3D Tracks existed since FS15 or FS17 when a Modder did those ...what did Giants do in FS19 with the Claas DLC they put their name on it and sold it ... so maybe do some research before ...The Modders are the ones that come up with new ideas etc. and what does Giants do take it from them and put their name on it and sell it as theirs without giving credits to the original modders, nice ... same with the Precision Farming = Mod Soil Management ... If Giants keeps up this kind of **** Modders will get sick and tired and move on and than Giants will FALL ... Some Modder has broken the whole thing down for everyone to understand in a video due to the recent events ... It's time that someone is bringing Giants down from it's high horse and back to reality, cause it seems they are living in a Alternat reality ... Giants better fix this issue, since when are we banning without talking to the parties that are involved and try to work things out ... and than just drive off into the holidays, that's just cowardly childish ... Giants has lost their passion the game, for them it's nothing more than a money grabber, they know it sells by itself without doing sweet ***k all ... We will see what's going to happen, if there is any solving of the issue, but if not than in the Game won't survive without the ideas and the help of the Modders ... !!!!

The fact that a DLC is going around cracked does hurt Giants financially. That's the whole point of this 'mess' the modders created.

Not really. Actually I think they set an example of what will happen from now on. At this stage, modders are well warned about consequences of these actions

I'd say it's more like Giants wasn't very clear about what is in and out of bounds, with examples existing both ways. They also have a huge glaring whole in their game for North American farming which is filled by modders. Instead of communicating and rejecting the mods, they just chose to publish them on their own modhub for months, only banning them right before Christmas Holiday, thus pi** off a sizable portion of the community. Just like most other games companies, when the heat gets turned up and they realize how stupid they look, they back off to avoid the negative press.

they look stupider for backing down as this means in future it will be next to impoosible to enforce their tos for DLC's. Giant Editor and the game itself.
