I had the same thing between fields 6&7. I kept going back and forth with mulcher at different heights finally found them. If the mulcher shows chips then there still there.

So its fields 47+46 i am on. I did manage to find more spots with the mulcher but the workers still wont go. Cant keep searching for invisible objects all day so im just going to restart the map and use the mulcher to remove posts and hope it goes better!

Yeah finding those damn hidden stumps are really hard.
But then I remembered that the landscaping tool don't let you landscape over where something has been, or stump's for that matter. So I zoomed around till goes red with the shovel then I paint that spot. Went back with the mulcher and mulched them stumps away.

I have that on Grizzly Mountain (a LOT). It is quite a pain to find all those Stumps and I could not figure out if that are Stumps from actually felled trees or if the are "by design" (maybe from trees in the first stage which I cut with the chainsaw and then they disappear).

I recognized that my big tractor (Deutz something) is not so good to find the Stumps and a smaller one (cheapest ingame New Holland) finds them much faster. It is still a pain...

Regarding finding hidden stumps:

Simply enable developer mode in game.xml inside the toplevel game folder (change value from false to true in following the section):

Code: Select all

<development>
	<controls>false</controls>
</develoment>
Then in-game you can switch to wireframe display via F4. Makes spotting and removing them a snap.
