I have to have the system replaced am I going to lose all my game or can I back it up to the USB and put it on the new one?

If you are still able to get it on a thumb drive, you should be able to load it on to a new PS no problem

If the system will even just turn on you'll be able to transfer all saved data and digital downloads across to the new PS4 by using a lan cable.
