Attachments Slower than lifts

I have set up a Dedicated server and I can not figure out why this is happening.. If you get a front loader lift, and attach anything bucket whatever you want. It moves much slower than the lift does, takes about a second to catch up sometimes.. I tried in single player and no issue what so ever, I dont remember the issue on MP non dedicated either. What could cause this? and how to fix? Great Ping, Great server equipment, no issues on that part..

it just does that in mp for reason it su cks but I had that issue too
