Nvida game experience recordings are dark

Over the weekend I was messing around and recorded a few FS17 map videos and uploaded them to youtube. When I finished the videos and looked at them on my system the video was a lot darker than how the game appears on my displays. I used the Nvida game experience overlay where you push ALT+Z to start recording. I didn't see anyplace within the settings to adjust the brightness. Was wondering if anyone here knew where to tweak the brightness for the recordings.
