What you do with harvest on farest fields?

Hi. I'd like to know opinions about this.
Do you just transport it back to your silo across whole map or selling it at nearest store?

I sell it to the nearest seller. If that is, the prices are good.

I set up a courseplay route and run as many trailers as it takes to keep the combine running, then sell everything at once at the end of the harvest whilst the next crops are being sown.
You can manipulate the market by selling the lowest priced crop for an hour, which causes it's price to drop and everything else to rise, keep doing this from lowest to highest price, switching crop on the hour, and you maximise your returns.
This requires you to have enough capital to see you through the harvest, which can be gotten from selling straw/bales .
