Made some "logical" changes to optimize performance with minimal "graphic losses" and set everything with "let the game decide" to that ...
My game does not look as detailed as before but "good enough" ... and all the "micro lag" I had is gone.
The biggest resource hog is when you have the Nvida Control panel brute forcing MSAA. But glad you got rid of the stutter. I would take a little loss in graphics from perfectly smooth gameplay all day.
