[READ] Front end loader lag

Any vehicle with any thing that raises or lowers ie: front end loaders, telehandlers, and skid steers
I notice sever vehicle slow down when driving and operating the arms or buckets.
Single player
Drive anything and try to raise/lower/tilt and see.
Not sure if its just me or not? Started having this problem a few days ago, removed all mods still had the issue.
