Sand, Dirt, concrete, etc,

Dear community,
I've come across multiple mods where they show images of movable sand, dirt, concrete, and other things like that. I've also seen mods that are compatible with these type of ''Fruits'' so to call them.
But I can't find where they originate from. whether its from a mod or a DLC, If anyone knows more about this and could tell me, I would grateful.
