Beta Label in the ModHub

Newbie with a newbie question... Does the Beta label on the maps in the ModHub mean they are only for PC or are they in beta for both pc/console? Because I would really like to see the map Southwind Acres by brownthumb come to console, as well as a few others that are labeled beta. Thanks in advance and sorry if this kind of question has already been answered and doesn't belong here in the forum.
Playing on Xbox One and PC (Not cool enough to play both at the same time though) Fendt everything

Beta means the modder doesn't have 3 mods out yet, which means the mods aren't applicable for console. That, and I think if you edit an in-game vehicle I think that's beta only too

Somebody on another post debunked this theory.The Major Muckout is not in beta,is the modders only mod and on consoles.
