I need some help, problems with textures

When playing on RSV and NW Texas maps i get random textures popping up around all of the fields. Usually planted or plowed textures where they should not be. They flicker in and out and are very annoying. I updated my gpu driver and have the latest patch.
This problem only happens on 4x maps so not sure if my pc is good enough to run them.
