I just recently got the latest DLC for christmas and after installing it, verifying, reinstalling, removing mods, reinstalling again without mods, and complete computer restart nothing has got me past the bootup loading screen

any way to fix this to make it work so i can stream it again would b great

Your graphics driver is out of date but not by much. Update that and then remove the log file and the game.xml from the fs folder and try start the game as normal.
