Depth Effect on Screens

Is it just me or are there other people out there?
Whem I'm using my phone, or sometimes my PC, I get this dept effect on the screen.
Especially if I'm reading something on a darker background.
Some writings sit clearly infront of others or some are at the back.
This is beutiful as it is weird at the same time.
These days this happens a lot with discord as I use the dark background.
I searched but couldn't find aynthing.
Does anybody know anything about this?
