Most importantly - how come we do not have a full taco factory production chain, including taco truck (with 1200HP, front and rear 3pt hitches, of course!) to sell tacos to other players in MP? Farmers gotta eat, right?

Yes that is an easy question.
Because Sony and Microsoft have rules that PC gaming platforms do not and consoles also are not as powerful as PCs and some modders don't know how to create content for consoles.

What is a taco anyway? It's just a donna kabab with spicy peppers added to it. Now If we are talking Fish & Chips (Not those rubbish American kind or fries for that matter) Now we're talking real food.
