I scratched my head a long time over why sometimes the animal prices in vanilla games would change.. got there in the end and how to control it too!
This also shows why you should skip night in seasons, and how to get more cash for placeable trees in that mode..

I just noticed that you can sell the stumps in normal game too. I got confused because when I tried I had planted more than one spruce and hadn't figured that limitation to it out yet!!!
Anyone know if these work on PS4 too?

you need to out of a vehicle, LB+RB and 'Y' together. it needs to be after sundown or after 8pm whichever is earlier.

I use the tree in the misc selection, get alot more bang for your buck. $350 to place and 3k plus return. I use the Scorpion King on 8m length.

Leasing equipment is both well known and ….well known. This isn't an exploit, but what the game is meant to do.

he meant a quicker way to use the exploit, not that leasing is an exploit itself?
