GIANTS Software - Forum

So I was going to stream for the first time and I have done the device microphone and turned all the way up and also checked the boxes for the audio record in clips and broadcasting and in the game I turned the volume down to 40% my problem is that when talking into the mic it just sounds muffled. I am using a blue snowball mic and I have connected headphones to the controller and also tried with them disconnected and both have the same effect of still being muffled when talking into the mic. I have watched many YouTube vids and read articles but can't find any information that is helping me resolve this issue. I am using an original ps4 not a pro. If anyone can shed any info I would be very appreciative. Thank you.
