Same as before, fertilise the field, sometimes the field will need lime spread and sometimes it may need to be plowed. It needs to be plowed after beets, potatoes, sugarcane and corn I think.

Plowed or does it just need the ground worked? Some farms in America no till in corn stubble or some will just mow the stocks and no till. I could understand if you had to break down the stubble and residue before planting but a plow seems a bit excessive everytime you grow corn.

I just checked. You need to plow after those 4 crops.

Do you need lime after every 3 harvests of every crop?

Do disc harrows count as cultivation or plowing, or is it like a compaction scale that the discs, plows, cultivators, subsoilers, and power harrows are in?

I think only subsoilers of plows will work for those crops disc harrows (at least the ones I’ve worked with) can’t run deep enough to rip up a hard pan and big cultivators can’t run deep enough either, in 17 it would say if it would count as plowing so I’d imagine you could check when you get 19 and see if it’s the same way
