The option to extend the 2nd arm or stick is no longer independent and works in a very strange way. this is making the stick (2nd arm) behave in a unusable manner.

I have test all of the M,K,J and N keys both with various combinations of left shift and cntrl keys.

If we are to use these forestry machines this will need to be fixed.

that's not a bug but a feature.
you can turn it off in the ingame menu "General settings" (it's called Easy Arm Control)
