xbox one and pc multiplayer

Hi, can I play with Xbox one uses even though I'm on pc is it cross platform or is it just pc/mac.

Multiplayer only works in the following combinations:
Xbox <-> Xbox
PS4 <-> PS4
Windows/macOS <-Windows/macOS
