I am having trouble with placing animal pens. When I move it around until it turn green and I can actually purchase/ place the pen, the price is a lot higher than the price listed in the shop. Example: Small horse pen costs $50,000. I purchased field 14 (Ravenport) just to start my horse operation because there is nowhere around my farm for it. When I try to place the pen in the field it shows the cost is $385,000. WTF

You need to find level terrain to put it on. The extra is terraforming cost to flatten the ground.
