Maybe try your TV settings (that is ofcourse you have linked your PC up to a TV), because when I have my picture set to standard the game looks stunning and perfectly smooth but as you said every 15-20 seconds it stops for a second and continues on. If I have my picture set to game mode it is less smooth and a touch more blurry but no lag at all unless looking at a bale stack or over 2 hired workers. This is on xbox one though.

My issue isn't that my game pauses it's that the fps dips just a frame or 2 below 60 even though cpu and gpu are no where near maxed out. This creates micro stutters that I find very irritating. Seems to be trees that most commonly cause this. (but not always) If I turn off the frame limiter I'm getting almost 100 fps at 4K with my current settings but then the fps isn't a multiple of 60 so I still get microstutters. So I limit the fps gpu usage drops to 60% but I get drops of 1-3 fps causing micro stutters. Just doesn't make sense to me.

I have this problem but I found out what it is fo me, if you have to many vehicles spawned it lowers your SPS, When you have like 1-2 cars spawned it's fine but if you spawn more it starts lagging your PC Badly. There is no way to fix this, I have tried everything.

That is understandable every time you change location it has to load in every thing in that area

Sorry for the bump but I recently got a pc as spent ages on console, I'm frequently stuck at 30 FPS and not sure why. I got my pc 2nd hand but changed a fair amount on it now and in original spec it did struggle on 1080p Medium. I've checked and I should be able to run 1080p at 60fps mimum on high or ultra but cannot get anywhere near it. Any ideas? My current specs is
ASUS Intel Motherboard Q87M-E
Intel i5 4590
Fury hyperx 16gd ddr3
MSI Nvidia geforce gtx 1050 ti oc 4gb

It's not running hot but I'm not sure if my other CPU+mobo would be better or not as I understand core amount means nothing on 19. My other mobo + CPU is
ASUS M5A99FX Pro R2.0
AMD FX-8350. Other than that it's same spec as above. Any help Glady appreciated and currently I cannot afford to move to ddr4 or get a gtx 1070Ti

You probably need to drop down on your graphics settings, a 1050ti is about half the performance of a 1660ti, which is about the minimum to do 60fps, 1080p, max settings.
