[MORE INFO] Gauges Bugged

- Vehicle/Tool/Model/Object: All Vehicles
- Issue: Gauge coloration is out of alignment with where the shading is supposed to be. The RPM pin also creates a dotted blue line till about 5 RPM's then it is solid as it is supposed to be. The fuel gauge coloration seems to be shifted down and to the left (but still functions) and the maintenance gauge is shifted up and to the right. The coloration also seems to be miss shaped as well.
- Single- or Multiplayer: both
- Steps to reproduce: appears upon loading in and does not go away
- Does it happen on a standard map without mods yes/no both I even deleted all mods from folder and restarted game several times but the issue would not go away.
- Which vehicles & machines are involved: all vehicles that have RPM's, fuel, or maintenance gauges.
