Black Triangle textures on tractors and implements

When I play a mod map with no other mods installed all equipment has black triangle textures. I have tried deleting fs and redownloading and also redownloading the maps

It works fine now with no mods but once one is installed it continues with the bug

Is it one specific mod or is it happening with either one?
You might want to post your log file:
viewtopic.php?f=827&t=88665
That might help to find the solution.

It happens as soon as I install any mod it starts doing it again
