Giants Software Challenger MT700E stealth edition update required again!

Okay the Giants Software tractors and equipment mods are great and all, but the updates for the sound only...really Giants?!? The Challenger Stealth Edition MT700E is rated for horsepower in the mod hub as the prototypical power; 384-438hp. But in game in the shop you can't increase the engine horsepower to that 438 horses, it's just stuck at 384, not engine customization at all, not really impressed with the updates from Giants, because only sound updates. Can someone please contact giants and notify them of this issue, please, for the good of Farming Simulator and its realistic gameplay.

Just tried this out and it works fine for me. Are you sure you've updated it before starting your game?

Scratch the update required thing, Giants just needs to include in the description about 1.0.0.1 that the engine is upgradable now, issue resolved itself

You should really confirm an issue exists before making a song and a dance about it.

Looks like they have updated it again and removed the engine configurations again. Now the mod is a mess, as the ModDesc and Mod Description still state the Tractor is available in 384HP-438HP, the mod's XML states at the top under spec that it's 384HP, then further down the xml the only engine configuration available is the 438HP for an additional 27000 on top of the base store price of 317000. Surely with only one engine configuration now it should be 317000 for a 438HP tractor? Though I don't see why Giants have removed the option to buy it in either 384HP with MT755E logo, 411HP with MT765E logo and 438HP with MT775E logo as was the intended case looking back at the Version 1.0.0.0 of the mod.

I was going to use it but after the update i have no need for a 384 hp only tractor even if it is cool looking.

Too bad it doesn't reflect any of that in the in game shop description. Maybe if all of the descriptions all read the same thing there wouldn't be constant confusion.

I fixed the mod myself, by copying the data from the version 1.0.0.0 mod I still have in a backup folder, to the configuration options in the new updated mods XML.

<motorConfiguration name="MT755E" price="0" hp="384">
<motor torqueScale="1.622" minRpm="850" maxRpm="2200" maxForwardSpeed="43" maxBackwardSpeed="22" brakeForce="12" lowBrakeForceScale="0.22" lowBrakeForceSpeedLimit="1">
<torque normRpm="0.45" torque="0.9"/>
<torque normRpm="0.5" torque="0.97"/>
<torque normRpm="0.59" torque="1"/>
<torque normRpm="0.72" torque="1"/>
<torque normRpm="0.86" torque="0.88"/>
<torque normRpm="1" torque="0.72"/>
</motor>
<transmission minForwardGearRatio="14.5" maxForwardGearRatio="250" minBackwardGearRatio="32" maxBackwardGearRatio="250" />
</motorConfiguration>
<motorConfiguration name="MT765E" price="13500" hp="411">
<motor torqueScale="1.735"/>
</motorConfiguration>
<motorConfiguration name="MT775E" price="27000" hp="438">
<motor torqueScale="1.85"/>

And once again I can buy all three engine options again in store, and have the MT700E in three different sizes on my farms. Just a shame without going in to the i3d and playing about I can't get it to display the MT755E, MT765E or MT775E logo/decal on the area of the roof just above the right hand side cab door as was possible in Version 1 of the Mod when changing the engine size.

Does anyone know if just copying the sounds folder from the new V1.0.0.2 mod to the old V1.0.0.0 mod will give you the new updated Patch 1.4 sounds, without losing the ability to configure the engines?
