I alwaye play with money cheat beacuse i like to play realisticly as possible with the equipment i like and find authentic. Without money cheat and easy dev control mod its simply not possible for me to simulate such scenarios. But thats my playstyle the folks who dont care about the sim part and want to play and earn money to buy stuff obviously will avoid money cheat

I cheat a certain amount in to start, and once I'm satisfied with the starting lineup, I remove all my excess money and start with $50-80k. And I make sure not to start with the biggest, best equipment, especially if my farm is meant for smaller, older equipment. My Autumn Oaks save only has 3 tractors that were built in the 21st century

I use Easy Dev to cheat in money, but stuff, and cheat it back out.
Aka I have a bunch of debt…

I tend to sell all my starting equipment and whatever money I get from that is the money I have, If I want anything after that then I work for it. Like others have said, for me personally if I can afford anything I want then the challenge has gone.

I only cheat money in to buy/build things I think are overpriced. I pretend there a used market (especially in the beginning). Oh how I wish we could buy used machinery with a ton of hours on it already.
