Can't edit terrain or add placbles under removed starting placables

- PC/Mac/PS4/XB1: Xbox one
- Vehicle/Tool/Model/Object: estancia lapacho map
- Issue:unable to edit terrain or add placables where starting placables are removed from when going into farm manager.
- Single- or Multiplayer: single
- Steps to reproduce: load the estancia lapacho map in New Farmer and attempt to place an object where starting silo's are or edit terrain via landscaping.
- Does it happen on a standard map without mods yes/no: N/A, map is a mod.
