Dedicated Server not allowing me to start Server

Dedicated Server not allowing me to start Server

I have a dedicated server through https://gameserver.gamed.de/ that has been running great for over 6 months however recently (Since Patch right before Platinum update I get the image attached.[

When I stop the server I get this image above? There's no start button. Even when I wait for 5 or more hours the Game server never downloads these "Modhub" downloads that it's making me wait for. The only work around I have found is to log in with my Dedi-app and turn on server from there.

I can't find a thing about it on these forums. Is this something I need to take up with Gamed.de?
