Sheep vanish in transport

About every 3rd or 4th load of lambs i load out of the sheep enclosure at main farm on Sussex on to Wilson Silverstar trailer .They just disappear sometimes when i confirm the load and sometimes they disappear when i transfer them to the FS09 Sheep Husbandry placable i click open animal dialog and there gone . Cattle and pigs i have know worries .

Does anybody know if animals can die when transported in freezing temperatures, that was my first thought.
