Please help with FPS issue. Video link inside.

So from yesterday I started having weird FPS issue. FPS will drop from 60 to 59(sometimes 58) when I do any work like Harvesting, Cultivating, Lime Spreading etc...when I drive around or when I have combine running without actually harvesting FPS stays at 60. This issue started today.
Changes : I cleaned PC from dust and installed new GPU driver.
When I tried so far :
- Went back to an older GPU driver
- verified game files on Steam
- tried to run multiple maps with fresh start(it's happening everywhere)
- deleted shader cache
Also there is no increase to GPU/CPU usage.
What could be the issue?

If there are no errors in your log: Disable the FPS meter and just ignore the unnoticable issue.

Such a drop in FPS is nothing to be alarmed about... Happens from time to time
