On the German forum their is mention of a game patch to 1.7.2 when I look on the modhub I am only seeing 1.7.1 ?

You on console? Try manually check for update

Patch 1.7.2 is only available on consoles and prepares the game for this DLC.
No patch needed on PC.

This is correct.

Is this mod seasons compatible, any issues or oddities to be foreseen? For example with Yield logic?

I'm currently experiencing a couple of bugs with the new Precision Farming DLC. The first being that if I start or load a save game which has been made with either the Farm Manager or Start from Scratch options it's impossible to buy land or fields. I'm also having another problem when playing where after a couple of minutes of loading up a game, it suddenly becomes impossible to drive any vehicle forwards or backwards, the game seems to stop recognising any throttle or brake commands, and I've tried controller, keyboard and my wheel. Only option is to close the game and re-open it or weirdly activate cruise-control in which case the vehicles will at least then drive forward.

You have mod conflicts going on.

Weirdly though when I open the log either in game via the console or via the txt in my save data folder, there are no errors, so nothing indicating at a mod conflict or what Precision Farming is having an issue with. I played the game fine yesterday for several hours. Today I load up a new map that was released yesterday and just the Precision Farming Mod and I'm having these issues.

I had that issue until I updated unit convert, but I never had an issue with driving

I absolutely love the idea, but playing the game as a contractor has stopped working as each and every contract ends at 99%. Baling contact, 99% had to cheat a silage ball to finish. Canola harvest, 99% stuck as it states I only did 70% of transport when the field is empty. That's on a new save game with brand new vehicles! Which makes me wonder if this was properly tested, as this was with NO mods except precision farming installed on the latest uptodate game. I made a report but it is sad this thing has to fly out straight away again to be able to play the game.

Let me add the report was taken up quickly and it's a known issue so I am glad it's not me. I am using it on a map where I only do farming myself now and it's fun to see the costs go up preparing field etc.
Then waiting to see how much you make!

Driving the JD taking samples doesnt take as long as some people make it seem! I was done quite fast on a huge field
