Version: FS20 for Nintendo Switch
How I can get water? there aren't vehicles that are able to transport the water.
Someone can help me?

You need to buy a tanker trailer. There are a couple different sizes available in the shop. Once you have it drive to one of the water stations around the map to fill it.
