Sounds super to me. You can sort them, wash them, boil them, feed them to the pigs, and if that is not enough, you can put them back in the ground. The thing I miss the most is a potato hiller.

Crop contracts would make this more interesting. IRL companies like Frito-Lay contract out with farmers for delivery, no hoping across town with your whole crop because they pay more.

So how do we pick them up off the ground? Except the se 85-55 harvester (think that's it), is the a way to scoop them up into a trailer, with that lizard conveyer belt perhaps? ,πŸ€”

Same, irl the digger picks them up after they windrow rows together, curious as to the mechanics of the game

That looks interesting Mwal, I'll have a better look later on. We don't grow many potatoes here in Australia, although I used to frequently pass through where they grow them, Robertson, where the film "babe" was produced.

They used the smaller diggers, and then a "blade" made of mesh would be driven along 3-4 rows and form them up into 1 long pile. After that they either picked them up with buckets or they got the belt in, that attached to an equal wheel tractor and had another hitch behind it for a trailer with potato boxes on board. All very interesting how they do it.
