Vicon multiplayer issue

When my sons load the vicon mod they can’t use multiplayer. When they uninstall it they can. They have just purchased 2 new vicon licenses and this hasn’t solved the issue. Please advise urgently and they are distraught given they’ve spent hard earned pocket money trying to resolve this issue.
