Why is there no mod of 1st person horse riding?

1st Person Horse Riding in FS19
I'd mod this if I could, but I'm not a miracle worker. Anyone around here a miracle worker?
Cause I've always wanted this mod, and I have fooled around but half the time the mods just crashed my computer 
And I couldn't thank you enough if you made it. 
Just leave your thoughts down below I guess...
(Why didn't GIANTS just put this in? It isn't that hard, or is it?)
