Contracts

I have issues with contracts and it involves not stock maps being from giants. I have tried about every thing to figure out why on some contracts i am unable to borrow equipment, Biggest thing is i have tried both with mods and no mods, I thought maybe was me editing my money to zero and that was not it either.
