How can you mod thee horses? And if you can't, why?

My second dream mod for FS19 is 1st person horse riding. It would be amazing for rps and just cool in general.
I've tried to mod this once or twice and only failed with my game crashing.
(Also different horses would be AMAZING, but for me, that sounds extremely difficult
)
I'd be so grateful to any modder who'd put their time into creating this master piece.
And if you rather not mod it, but know how, please do tell me.

not sure if you can mod horse or not but yes I would like to see a mod/improvement to the horses in fs whether it be fs19 or 22
