FS19 stutters on mac

Hey guys,
I have a mac book pro 2018 here with a dedicated Radeon 555 card. On Windows/Bootcamp game works nicely with 1920x1080 and high-quality settings. When I boot on Mac even with 1344x840 and lowest quality setting game stutters every second or so. Changing to another vehicle takes sometimes 4 seconds so it's uplayable. I've tried disabling mods, but the issue persists. I have Big Sur 11.2.3. log.txt is attached.
Any suggestions?
