Any chance Giants could revisit "Demolition Simulator"?

I was just playing that old game on the computer, and it's a blast. A new one would be great.
These sim games seem to be doing very well on consoles, FS included. There's a game called "Demolish and Build" but Giants can do much better than that. I just figured i'd throw the question out there if there's any word we can see Giants come out with that again.
