Hello. When I go to customize an item or vehicle it floats off my screen, not allowing me to see any of the customizations that I make. I have tried reinstalling the game, which I will be doing one more time for verification. I also noticed that when I'm in the customization section of the shop, the background is black. Unlike what I see in videos on youtube. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this? Thanks!

Hi, maybe clear the shader cache folder.
or maybe a corrupted file in your settings folder.
Settings folder are in your documents, independant from the installation files.
You can backup those files, the game will generate clean new ones, you May need to setup things again, but on a clean base.
