When will the Steam Pre-Order be available?

Can I quickly pitch in the usual question of "Will this pre-order be available on Steam (and if so, when), and include the Claas pack as the bonus?"?

In the trailer, opening the engine cover and cleaning or repairing it caught my attention. I think now the engine covers, windows and doors will be openable in the game.

Not seeing a listing of the FS22 Collectors Edition, where could I order this in North America?

Collector's edition is available on amazon Germany for 69€

a. Will digital or disc pre order keys work on Steam?
b. Anywhere to buy the Collectors addition domestically for those of us in the US?

a) No, only a Steam Version will work on Steam.
b) Check with your preferred retailer, the CE will be available in North America and Europe.

So I guess my new question while I think about pre-ordering,would a disc key from the Collectors Edition work on the digital download off the FS website?
Edit: And is there an ETA on the Collectors Edition Pre Order? (Not necessarily an exact date, just a vague idea would be fine)

So if you Buy it from Giants you won't get a steam code anymore? Does that mean FS22 has it's own launcher this time round??
